Very helpful manager. Shipped a box that another FedexOffice store refused to accept. The manager even taped the box himself. Will definitely go to this store instead of the one near me.
Store Manager Rudulfo is very unprofessional. I asked instructions about how to superscribe on envelope and he said to read instructions instead of helping. He is very rude and sarcastic. He said to figure out myself. When he’s generating receipt I asked tracking number and he’s rude with his response and answering in sarcastic way. After my experience I saw everyone experienced same situation in reviews.

I have been to this FedEx facility many times and the staff has always been helpful and quick with their work. Rodolfo is the guy I usually meet while I go to drop off some packages. He is the guy how will always makes sure your data is confidential and secure. You will not see any paper lying on any table just like that which shows how seriously they take the job of keeping the Data secure.
