The driver that came to my home today was disgusting and rude!!! He was NOT in uniform at all had on shorts and a t-shirt like he was going to the basketball court. Then he demanded I carry this heavy oversized box by myself or he was refusing to take the returned item!!! He said he has a bad back carrying packages isn't in his job description he is just a driver! Stopped in today to have a number of packages boxed and shipped. Young women by name of Patricia both personable, polite and helpful packaged and had ready to ship in a matter of minutes. Great smile. Very sweet young woman. If ever I need to ship again, this would be my store of choice
