Poor customer service, waste of time and money
I've been coming almost once a week to ship packages and the staff is extremely warm, welcoming and friendly. They are my favorite FedEx office.
FedEx as we all know is distrustful and a terrible shipping company. The unprofessional employees will literally cheat and lie to their customers to make extra profit. I went in and the employees don't know how to weigh packages they give you odd weights they'll say it weighs a pound but say it weighs like 70 ounces after that so it's really like five pounds... But it's just a 1 pound six ounce I'm not happy with the service and others aren't either.
