I went in here on April 28th at 1:40 pm and the employee at the front desk was very rude and arrogant in the way she talked. I asked for a padded envelope to ship some sensitive documents, she handed me a regular envelope saying, “I don’t care what they say, you can ship it in this envelope. I don’t have any padded ones. If you don’t want to, you can go to a different location”. Needless to say, I will not use this location if I see that employee is at the counter. She needs to be trained in customer service skills.

The FedEx store was closed at 3.30pm! I had to go find another store to mail out packages..

Ever have "one of those day" where everything goes wrong? I was running errands and hitting snags at every stop. My last stop was at FedEx. According to Levi's, the jeans I was returning required nothing but a quick scan. Yet, when I arrived TERESE, the polite associate said the return required the poly bag they were shipped in. I could buy a poly bag, but the Levi's return was free and I only lived a mile away, so I told the associate I would go home and retrieve it. She apologized and I proceeded to leave the store.
