The gentleman working this morning was EXTREMELY rude towards every female customer that came in this morning. Instead of trying to have A+ customer service, he literally challenged every female customer as if he could not help us, that somehow ALL of our FedEx QR codes were magically invalid. Tall bald dude is RUDE. Rude and doesn’t provide any service. I placed an order online and was able to get it printed. I came in the store and was told immediately it would t be completed. I won’t visit this location again.
Easy location to get in and out of, with an exceptionally friendly and helpful staff!
Stand by the printer for about 15 minutes not one staff member asked me if I needed anything or even greeted me as I entered. I asked a question about a document I wanted to print, I was told that it was nothing he can do. He didn't even ask well let me take a look let's see if there's another way nothing. I went across the street to the UPS left within 30 seconds with my printed paper. Don't bother going to this location.
Went to this location to pick up my package and Gerald store associate was very rude and unprofessional while talking to me with both hands inside his shirt how disrespectful and sassy. Ask him for help and he was like basically you help your His attitude was deplorable, while the Another colleague allowed him to act the way he did she didn't intervene, he doesn't need to be in the customer service industry job isn't for him
