Possibly the worst fedex I have been to. Horrible staff- can’t even attend to customers on time and just delay things. I have been waiting for 25 min and I’m the only the one there. Imagine the inadequacy
Doesn’t open at posted hours and instead opens whenever they feel like it. Even when hotel staff tell them they have guests and customers waiting
Just dropped off a package and there is no fee, as another reviewer posted. However, there is a huge fee that the hotel does not tell you about!It's by weight, and I was charged a $4 handling fee for 0.66oz! That's $6 PER OUNCE!?!
