Ebony was INCREDIBLY helpful! She was knowledgeable about everything in the store and made it all happen!
Needed to get a LOT of copies printed for a big event. I didn't have a lot of time and I am generally useless when it comes to detailed work. Ebony, the store employee, could not have been more patient and thorough in terms of how she helped me select the best options. I had several different documents to print for a big conference. Tyshon is the great employee who is very helpful and friendly and professional. I am beyond impressed by service I got today. I went over there to get a print on Sunday as I need to return the package to ups. I asked for tap and Tyshon did help me and packaged my package so professionally free of service. Please give this employee raise or promotion or make him a manager. The location is hard to find but not that hard. It is downstairs. Excellent customer service.
