My package was late and didn’t arrive during my stay at the Omni. Ethan (of the FedEx team) was so helpful with taking down my information to ensure the package would be forwarded to me once it arrived. Kayla (also of the FedEx team) responded to me immediately as soon as I emailed them to confirm the package’s arrival. Because I live internationally, she even offered to communicate through a What’sApp call versus an international so I wouldn’t be charged the fees!
