Wendell at the shipping center inside the Omni Tower as SO incredibly helpful! He spent a lot of time customizing exactly what we needed to ship various items and did it with such willingness to just genuinely help us. We appreciate him very much!

This is not a drop location. Even if have a prepaid label. I called ahead and spoke to rep. They were helpful outside of sharing this detail. I pulled into valet. Took an escalator and an elevator only to be told, they need more money…
