They turned me away after my package said ready for pick up on the app I had to come back and show them my text message that said ready for pickup they are extremely incompetent they need an all new staff especially the lady in the front she was extremely rude because she had to find my package and gave me a dirty look while I was leaving out
The associate Pebbles was very nice and helped me print at the counter!
Sean was INCREDIBLY helpful with my print order. He was knowledgeable of all the FedEx print options, and assured me that my order would not only be printed in a timely manner, but the final product would match my client's expectations by assisting me with sizing my document properly. SO grateful to have been able to resolve all my concerns at this location!
FedEx is terrible. They delivered my package to the wrong address, and when I finally reached a representative after dealing with their phone system for 30 mins, they told me the sender has to find the random doorstep in the delivery picture and retrieve my package then deliver it to me themselves. As if FedEx had no part in it and someone else has to fix their mistake. Terrible customer service, if you have the option, don’t risk your packages with them.
Amazing customer service. Pebbles and Aaliyah are awesome.
