I agree we all have different experiences however after being racially discriminated against on a random vacation not being from Las Vegas and NEEDING FEDEX to send and receive this location hands down THE BEST!!!! Jocelyn and Diego were super helpful offering great suggestions, Chuy the manager I hope I spelled it right super helpful great team leader you can tell he cares! So relieved my packages went out and arrived just in time for my flight back home!!

had a keyboard from Amazon shipped to the Linq hotel. After talking to someone on the phone, they told me I could ship packages there. So I did. After i arrived, I went to the bell desk the the linq to pick up my package. They told they could get it for me - for a $10 fee. Or I could go to the fedex office and pick it up for free instead. I decided to walk to the fedex office at harrahs. After I arrived here, they charged me the $10 fee anyway!!! Its not the fee that makes me upset.
