EXTORTION! Had a pair of shoes posted to me at my hotel (The Flamingo Las Vegas) using FedEx which I paid extra for delivery to get 2 day shipping, but they weren’t delivered to my room or even the hotel reception for me to collect, they went to the local FedEx centre where I had to go to pick them up, it was there they told me I had to pay an additional fee to them to get my package or they wouldn’t give my my shoes. Bruh ! This is hella expensive Staff is not helpful and are extremely loud I paid like 35 dllrs to use the computer They charge $1 per minute Go to a public library and it’s free for all
Do Not buy stamps here ... They add a 'convenience fee' of 50 cents per stamp! What a racket!
Went to this location inside the Flamingo Hotel to send items home to my son that would not fit in his bag. Everyone was professional and friendly, location was clean and presented well. My package was delivered 2 days late and my son missed getting it on time before heading back to his college apartment (was sent to his fathers house as that is where he was going to be on 12/29/23)., Customer Service number was a joke, no one would let me speak to a supervisor and would repeatedly end the call as they told me there was noth... read more
