They are friendly, patient and supportive to customers. I’m really happy with the service here.
DO NOT be tempted to use this location no matter how convenient it may be. GO ELSEWHERE. Our package never arrived and Fed Ex can't find it. What gross incompetence. I question whether it was ever truly placed on the truck. The employees at this location must prey on travelers and pillage through shipments. If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't want to file a claim--I just want what was in my package but Fed Ex has said repeatedly they cannot locate the package. Very disappointing.
I'm a huge fan of FedEx office, but occasionally I am disappointed. All external locations are very helpful. Never had a problem. The locations inside the convention centers can be a gamble though. This location couldn't be less interested in helping with anything that is more than shipping a package. They certainly were not interested in helping me place a graphic order, especially when I told them I couldn't figure it out on their web site. Not interested at all.
