They charge high for Amazon delivery and closed at 7p.m. for pick up. Well, Hey if you the hotel is not charge high for every thing--a bottle of NORMAL water is 12 dollars-- people do not have to order one day delivery from Amazon to meet their needs. So we end up do not have our medical device in time and have to pay high to get our delivery!

They are friendly, patient and supportive to customers. I’m really happy with the service here.
DO NOT be tempted to use this location no matter how convenient it may be. GO ELSEWHERE. Our package never arrived and Fed Ex can't find it. What gross incompetence. I question whether it was ever truly placed on the truck. The employees at this location must prey on travelers and pillage through shipments. If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't want to file a claim--I just want what was in my package but Fed Ex has said repeatedly they cannot locate the package. Very disappointing.
