just had an unpleasant experience shipping a small parcel from Bellagio Casino to address in LA - The indifferent and blase attitude of the person at the counter made me feel both uncomfortable and unwelcome - He had very poor customer service skills and maintained a conversation with a co worker the whole time i was there - my presence was clearly inconveniencing him and i sensed that he just did not want to be there - He was not rude but then again he wasnt really anything at all - I can only hope he is looking for alterna... read more
