I can't say enough amazing things about one of the reps that works at this location, Theo. They provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to ensure I had my rush printing turned around in time. I'm so impressed and thankful for their attention to detail on my rush project!
Worst customer experience ever!! They just do NOT know how to handle customers!! They charged 7$ fee for almost a zero weight package! And they do literally nothing, not even delivering it to the room!
Josie and Kyle at this location are incredible. I had multiple last-minute print jobs that needed to be taken care of during a major convention, and each of them went the extra mile to help get the job done on time and well.
