If you are staying here over the weekend and will have something delivered, beware and don’t bother. If it arrived after 3pm on Friday, despite being open on Saturday, they will not provide you with anything that’s been delivered until Monday. Incredibly frustrating.
Awful customer service experience with FedEx. Trying to contact customer service is near impossible. Each store is a representative of this company and is therefore responsible for the company's customer service policies. The website is barely functional and would not be considered acceptable if it was 2001, let alone 2026. Xavier went above and beyond. I needed to print a LOT of colored documents with pictures and had no idea where to start. He walked me through the simple steps with a smile. Xavier made sure I was happy with the first packet before continuing to make the other copies. He helped other customers while I went over each of the 15 pages to make sure I was happy before printing the other copies. Xavier did a great job at multitasking with a smile and cheerful aditude. Xavier made my last minute, stressful project, simple and quick!
Can’t even express how lazy and rude these employees are. We didn’t have a choice but to use this location last minute but never again will my company trust this site to print business materials.
All packages go to this place if you order to MGM. They charge at least 7 usd for a small package (on top of amazon's shipping fee) which MGM didn't tell me about when I asked. Also it takes at least 1-2 days for them to give you your package after they receive it. The girl at the front desk was very rude and told me that they can hold the package for a month and there is nothing they can do, even though the package was just one floor below in their handling center.
