My mom had to pick up a package from this FedEx while staying at the Luxor. The clerk called his manager and asked twice on the same phone call to waive the fee as a courtesy. The manager refused both times. I can understand that it is policy to charge people a seven-dollar fee for service to pick up items. But when someone says, "It's my birthday and it's a cooling towel sent by my son," when it's 106 outside, the polite thing to do is say, "Happy birthday, it's on us."

Friendly staff however double check everything they tell you. They told me they could ship a package and I was counting on it for I knew I was going to be up against the clock. When I went to ship it the next day, they said they couldn’t do it and I had to leave my items in Vegas.
