Demetrius and Alfred saved my day! I showed up with 162 large Express boxes in need of shipment because the FedEx Ground guy couldn't pick them up at my house. It was a disaster! I was so embarrassed to show up with that many boxes but both gentlemen were so kind, professional, and got down to business! I left feeling so grateful for their assistance and they put me at ease with their professionalism. I will not go to another location as long as I live!

Just dropped my package off at the store and was greeted by both workers. The store was clean and very organized. After dropping my package off I realized I forgot something so I called the store and both gentlemen were so freaking nice and went out of their way to help me. I work at Ford so I don’t have much time but they def understood and went out of the way to be great!! Thanks for everything.
Hated the way I was treated when I walked in just to have one black and white copy made. Extremely rude, short, blonde, white guy , mid 30's, who said he was the manager but I'm really not sure if he was or not! No name tag either. Fedex corporate will be hearing from me regarding this verbal abuse and horribly rude treatment of a customer. Look, If you are not happy with your job and cannot be civil to people then find a job where your not around customers...like stocking shelves or working after hours cleaning stores after... read more
