Alex provided exceptional service! He was super patient with me, as well as the customer before me. She was an older customer, who needed extra tender explaining of all the different mailing options for an international letter, which had drastic price differences. Then my return package had an issue with a mutated wonky QR code provided by the merchant, which would not scan. I did not want to lug the heavy box back home to sort through that.
