One employee was helpful but the other working was super snarky and unhelpful. Just needed to ship two boxes and took forever until the one actually working was able to print the labels.
Careful. I placed an order at this location that was supposed to be ready the next day. They simply “forgot” about it. Not trustworthy.
I’m editing to include the worker’s name. His name is Alex. I’m from out of state. We had an event at the civic center and needed a QR code printed and laminated. The gentleman at the desk helped me the whole way, had a great attitude and was very helpful. Then I came back to print (4) more QR codes laminated in 5x7 and the same worker helped me with that process. 100% recommend this location.
This is convinently located but they charge extra to accept packages here, That's not fair. Associate Asim was very kind and courteous but Fedex needs to update this on the google page, I could have saved time on a Saturday and gone to another location
