I came in for a passport photo, and unfortunately, the assistant manager of this branch was unnecessarily rude. The official website states: “You’ll even have the option to approve your photo before it prints,” which clearly implies that customers should have the opportunity to ensure their photo meets their expectations—possibly requiring a retake.
