FedEx shipped my package from Seattle to Memphis to Mt Vernon,instead of going Seattle to Mt Vernon WA. Paid for 2 day, got 5 day.
Clerk is unable to understand basic instructions and wants to cry victim when you won't let them be rude to you.
This office offers the best print services! I needed help with a very large print job for a surprise personalized book that I wanted spiral bound. A manager at the store supported me and I got to leave with the most beautiful gift within an hour. I highly recommend this place!!!
Always come here for my downtown printing and copying and they never miss. TK who usually helps me has been exceptionally helpful, especially when I've been up against tight deadlines! Thanks TK!!
