Closing thanks to the city govt not taking care of things I guess..
Tkaus, the assistant manager is rude. He gives short answers, has a commanding tone of voice, doesn't even welcome the customers and when he asks for an ID, he gives it back by throwing it on the counter. In general, the employees at this FedEx location aren't nice to customers, but especially Tkaus. So, be prepared.
FedEx shipped my package from Seattle to Memphis to Mt Vernon,instead of going Seattle to Mt Vernon WA. Paid for 2 day, got 5 day.
Clerk is unable to understand basic instructions and wants to cry victim when you won't let them be rude to you.
