today afternoon i went to fedex for send one package and i had bed experience with the employee ( White girl) she was very rude , Instead of helping the customer, she is mocking and rude to the customer.
I see that bunch of other people have also previously complained about rude staff at this location. Not sure how FedEx let someone as rude as Jonas work here, let alone letting him be the manager of this place too! We are the customers who bring revenue to the business that you work at, and this is not your house to talk to people however you want to.
