I give 5 starts to this location because this wonderful lady who works by herself in this location helped me to package rug in its original packaging even though customer service gave me wrong information over the phone. I wouldn’t be able to do it by myself and she was super helpful and didn’t give up on me so together we we able to fit it in the box. Customer service told me on the phone that I could wrap the rug in the plastic wrap and it’ll be excepted at FedEx which isn’t true and if the lady wouldn’t help me I would’ve... read more
