I see that bunch of other people have also previously complained about rude staff at this location. Not sure how FedEx let someone as rude as Jonas work here, let alone letting him be the manager of this place too! We are the customers who bring revenue to the business that you work at, and this is not your house to talk to people however you want to. All that you can expect from a Great Fedex Location!
Jonas was amazingly upbeat, welcoming, patient, kind, and determined to help me figure out my Google fiber QR code. He went over and beyond trying to help me and ultimately helped me figure it out. Thanks to him, I got what needed to get done in a short amount of time.
The staff here is wonderful! A big thank you to Joey and Tanida. They were super helpful. This is not my nearest FedEx but I will always choose this one.
