My friend, Luz Corona, and I just had some printing services done at FedEx at 1275 NE Loop 410 in San Antonio. We are giving a 5-star review because of the amazing customer service we received from Tanya. She went out of her way to make sure our printing project was successful. The best asset by far of any company is the quality of it's employees. FedEx should recognize and reward Tanya for her exceptional customer service skills and kindness. Great place for shipping, copying, printing, faxing.
Do not deliver packages here. They are very quick to "lose" your package without providing any additional info. Had to call customer service 5 times before any action was taken. Weekend ruined. Thx FedEx.
