This location is not in the mall. It is upstairs at the Planet Hollywood business center. Enter from the escalator in the casino. It is open to the public, and you do not have to be staying at PH. The staff was very helpful and kind.
Don’t go there. I go to print and fax with 6 pages but I can’t fax because error but they still charge me 25$
$7 handling fee for all packages even fully prepaid labels

Internet hours say 7am. The sign on the door says 8am, and pick up the phone on the desk for assistance. The gentlemen on the other side of the phone then informed me fedex doesn't open till 9am Please make this information easily accessible and listed for travelers to plan accordingly.
