Horrendous. Never using Fedex again. Had an urgent package shipped overnight to this location and the driver tried to deliver it before this location opened. Since an employee wasn’t there to receive it, it got delayed to the next day. Talked to an employee there once they opened who said this mistake happens often. After speaking to almost 10 different customer services reps that day and other mistakes made by Fedex, we were not able to get our package until the next day which was urgently needed before leaving out of state... read more
I came in there to print photos needed ASAP for a contest. Kija offered her help immediately! She printed the photos for me and even cut them. While Kija was cutting the photos for me, Jaheem helped ring me up. Both were so kind and very helpful. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Thank you for great service!!
This location is not in the mall. It is upstairs at the Planet Hollywood business center. Enter from the escalator in the casino. It is open to the public, and you do not have to be staying at PH. The staff was very helpful and kind.
Don’t go there. I go to print and fax with 6 pages but I can’t fax because error but they still charge me 25$
$7 handling fee for all packages even fully prepaid labels
