Level 10 Service at Caesar’s Palace Business Center I had the absolute best experience at the Business Center at Caesar’s Palace. Yesterday I went down to get some items printed, and from start to finish the service was nothing short of phenomenal. Nicholas, Mariah, Teagan, and the manager (also named Nicholas) delivered true Level 10 service—professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The staff at this FedEx location is the kindest, most helpful group of people I encountered at Caeser's Palace. Steve was incredible and so patient with my MANY last minute printing requests while I was in town for a trade show, and his colleagues were just as friendly and accommodating.
