When I drive out of my way to get here at 12:50pm and the sign says the hours are 10am til 5pm I don’t expect them to be closed. Typical FedEx Sanford B.S.

FedEx as a whole is so inconvenient, for a package I purchased they would not allow me or the vendor I purchased it from to cancel the signature required. I had to have it shipped to the 3653 S Orlando Dr, Sanford, FL 32773, United States location. They took an extra day to get it there after telling me originally when it would arrive. I’m now here trying to pick my package up at 2:08pm, the store is closed until 2:30 pm. Sign right in front says they are open from 10-5pm. FedEx in my opinion sucks.

Eric and Christine were super helpful I needed some stuff printed they couldn’t help me at this location but called ahead to the one in lake Mary and we got stuff sent over for me to pick up. Super nice people the both of them.

The lady at the counter named Christine or Christina told me I can't use an Amazon box that had a battery sticker on it and I would have to pay $6.99 for them to put the item in a new box. All because of a sticker. I told her I'll just take off the sticker then. She said I can't do that there, I have to leave and take it off. Absolutely ridiculous Update (same day): I took it to Walgreens because I didn't want to deal with that. Walgreens said they can't take it.
