Rip off 0.26 cents print end up being $3.79 for " doing your job in assisting customers" because your poor system was giving issues that only You Mr could fix. We had an issues with our printer, so I ran to Fedex in such a panic because I needed tickets printed for an upcoming event. Kiara was so awesome. She not only delta with me in panic mode but did everything possible to help. Thank you.
