It's hard to get any sort of service, and then rate it positively when the store isn't even open during the posted hours. And then waiting for more than ten minutes is pretty frustrating too. I had to leave shortly after, so who knows when staff finally showed up.

Mrs. Cynthia and her staff have always gone out of their way to help me with all my questions — and trust me, I have plenty! I wanted to just leave a review to warn mamangent about their employee Cynthia. She was rude and dismissive the second I walked in through the door. When I asked her if she could please answer a few questions for me and she was just asking me about what I wanted when I was sure about how the paper worked or prices were she was very rude and frustrated with me for asking about prices and types sizes.
