The employees at this location are extremely helpful. They go above and beyond. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I needed to print and ship things. Then when I misplaced a receipt that I needed to turn in for an expense report, they searched through each purchase in their system from the day I shipped something to find the receipt then sent me a photo of it so that I did not have to drive to the store from La Mesa. I highly recommend this location!
Super helpful! The gentlemen in there helped me upload a file to them and print invitations that were double sided. They turned out perfect. I’ll definitely go back for other prints in the future. Thank you! 10/10 recommend
They do such a great job here. The associate who helped me, Cyrus really knows each machine and process like the back of his hand to take care of each customer quickly and efficiently. He had such a helpful attitude that I was inspired to write a review :)
I never expect myself leaving review for FedEx. The staff are so nice! You feel they truly want to help you.
Cyrus was so helpful and knew what he was doing. His customer service is unmatched and he was very proactive about helping me ship my package.
