They are pretty kind and helped me to print something.
I walked in to drop off a pre-labeled package. Seeing that it was not busy, empty aside from one employee, I went to the counter where right away she took me to the self serve and informed me that I could use it instead of going to the counter. She wasn’t rude in her approach, but I thought it was both rude and lazy when she simply could have just taken a few seconds to scan the package, hand me my receipt and wish me a good rest of my day.
