I walked in to drop off a pre-labeled package. Seeing that it was not busy, empty aside from one employee, I went to the counter where right away she took me to the self serve and informed me that I could use it instead of going to the counter. She wasn’t rude in her approach, but I thought it was both rude and lazy when she simply could have just taken a few seconds to scan the package, hand me my receipt and wish me a good rest of my day. How do I order something that is an 1.5 hour drive and it’s going to take you guys 5 days to get it here ! If you’re gonna take a 2 day vacation on only a 1 day holiday then you better do your best the day before ! That’s not how you succeed in life with those ethics !!!!! Some people don’t have time !!!!!!
