Taylene and Paolo are absolutely the best! This FedEx location should be proud to have such outstanding team members. They’re not only professional and incredibly helpful, but also genuinely kind. Taylene has the sweetest smile and even makes the effort to greet everyone as they leave the store—such a thoughtful touch. Truly a wonderful experience thanks to both of them!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Businesses thrive on great customer service. This specific location has the driest staff. The male working on 12/11/24 was unhelpful and barely responded to my questions. Sadly to say an Artificial intelligent robot would do a 10000x better job.
