I have never been treated so poorly by an employee in my entire life. I kindly approached Daisy for help. Instead of welcoming me with kind words, she snapped at me and said, "I'm busy, don't interrupt me," turned away and completely ignored me. I am shocked by her actions and think she needs to find another job. No guests should even be spoken to that way. Taylene and Paolo are absolutely the best! This FedEx location should be proud to have such outstanding team members. They’re not only professional and incredibly helpful, but also genuinely kind. Taylene has the sweetest smile and even makes the effort to greet everyone as they leave the store—such a thoughtful touch. Truly a wonderful experience thanks to both of them!
