I've stayed at this hotel several times this year for various conferences and have always had great service at this FedEx location! To note, Eddie who works at this FedEx is absolutely amazing and has made this recent conference a fantastic and seamless experience! He was extremely helpful and kind and I would highly recommend working the team here for any needs!
Julia and the team at the FedEx team inside the Marriott in San Diego are amazing to work with. Be advised if you do have a package delivered say from Amazon there is a small delivery fee. Make sure you double check the fees at Fri t desk w Marriott. I am extremely happy with the service and products at this FedEx location
I was at the Marriott for a conference, and the logistics company somehow lost all of our shipments. I decided to try to make some new banners to at least salvage some of our investment, and Julia was both easy to work with and incredibly helpful. Normally I wouldn't have been able to get a new banner until after the conference had ended, but she was able to work with me to find a solution quickly. Poor customer service, questionable business practices, charges that are not explained before shipping to this location, etc. I'll be following up with a report to the Better Business Bureau as well as Marriott corporate office for allowing this scam to continue. Nicholas Quinones, I'm not sure how you manage this location. Unacceptable.
