DONT USE THIS SERVICE ! ITS A SCAM !!!!! Used this service to ship a small item to Arizona . Fedex worker shipped it to CT and they REFUSED to refund me the near $60 they charged me to ship to Arizona. First and LAST time I will ever use this service. I encourage EVERYONE to use ANY OTHER service besides FedEx. No ability to drop off prepaid packaged and labeled packages? Really antiquated and out dated
I had an extremely negative experience with an employee named ALEXIA. She was unhelpful, rude, and disrespectful. Her attitude was alarming, and I honestly couldn't understand why she was so negative. When I asked questions, she would either ignore me or respond in a dismissive and unkind tone. I initially thought it was just me, but when I had a friend join me, they also found her behavior to be rude. Do NOT use unless you want to be charged a handling fee per pound in addition to the shipping charge. My small box was 10 dollars WITH a prepaid label. About 1.5 lbs
The guy who helped me(Phill I believe) was fantastic. The quality of the print was fantastic and super speedy. He even printed off a proof for me to see before printing.
