1-Star Review This location is ridiculous. I came all the way here walking just to be told I had to pay extra to drop off a package, even though I already paid for my FedEx label online. Nowhere does it say that there’s an extra fee just to drop off, and that should absolutely be stated up front. It’s frustrating and a complete waste of time. If you already paid for your label, avoid this place unless you want to be charged again for something that should be free.
DONT USE THIS SERVICE ! ITS A SCAM !!!!! Used this service to ship a small item to Arizona . Fedex worker shipped it to CT and they REFUSED to refund me the near $60 they charged me to ship to Arizona. First and LAST time I will ever use this service. I encourage EVERYONE to use ANY OTHER service besides FedEx. Because of this employees actions I will NEVER use FedEx to ship anything ever again and will make sure to wain others away from this service as well.
