Had to hand write out all my shipping information and they wrote it down completely wrong. Packaged was delivered to wrong address and when I went to file a complaint I got passed through almost 10 people who all told me different things. At the end they told me the only way I could get this fixed was to go into the office and speak to someone directly... I live in MA. Worst experience I have ever had with a company and I will never use them again.

1-Star Review This location is ridiculous. I came all the way here walking just to be told I had to pay extra to drop off a package, even though I already paid for my FedEx label online. Nowhere does it say that there’s an extra fee just to drop off, and that should absolutely be stated up front. It’s frustrating and a complete waste of time. If you already paid for your label, avoid this place unless you want to be charged again for something that should be free.
