I wasn't staying at Kalahari or attending a convention. I just live in the area and needed to drop off a couple of packages. The first problem was that the address for Fedex was for the Kalahari Resort front entrance. The Fedex location was 100 yards away in the convention center, and no guidance signs at all. The FedEx employee did a great job, but informed me that there was a $4 a package fee because of the convention center. What a rip-off. Neither the fee or the actual location was mentioned in the Fedex webpage.
Helpful staff. If you’re going to a conference there it is convenient.
A lot less busy than other locations I’ve been to. I made the extra five minute drive just for that reason
I used Google maps to get here. Fedex is actually on the convention center bottom floor. So, I took an envelope with a prepaid label on it already. Because of the location in Kalahari, they also charge you an extra 2.00 dollars for them to ship it from there. I'll never go there again
Pretty easy to use as a self service. Staff was welcoming and helpful. The only issue was not ideal location if you’re not staying at the resort.
