Maria was really nice employee who helped me. It was only for the return package though, she literally explained me their policy in a kind way. The office is located lower floor
Not ideal if you have a pre-printed FexEx label. They told me there is a $10 transaction fee...for a FedEx label.

I wasn't staying at Kalahari or attending a convention. I just live in the area and needed to drop off a couple of packages. The first problem was that the address for Fedex was for the Kalahari Resort front entrance. The Fedex location was 100 yards away in the convention center, and no guidance signs at all. The FedEx employee did a great job, but informed me that there was a $4 a package fee because of the convention center. What a rip-off. Neither the fee or the actual location was mentioned in the Fedex webpage.
Helpful staff. If you’re going to a conference there it is convenient.
