Every FedEx location is the same - you'll never get past the phone menu with your specific question. Its amazing that this is their business model to refuse transfer to a service representative at the store. Its time to use UPS or USPS going forward. Pathetic. Also, what's the idea of closing store and not having this posted.

Best FedEx ever!!! Got in and out in minutes!!! The young man lifted my overly large boxes out of my cart with ease... And the young lady at the register was awesome too I appreciate good customer service especially when the people don't have an attitude because you ask a couple of questions. I wish more people were like this. This is the only FedEx I will continue to go to. Please hire more people like the young lady and the gentleman at the Walmart FedEx on Two Notch Road in Columbia South Carolina
