I go to this FedEx all the time. The same friendly staff have been there for years and they’re always helpful.
I have been to this location a couple of times, and every single time, the customer service has been extremely rude and unwelcoming. They barely acknowledge you or make any effort to be helpful. Today, I went in to drop off a return, and the box was open. At other locations, they have always been willing to tape the box for me, so I simply asked if they could tape it. Worst possible service. And the front desk person is nonchalant, not helpful and suddenly new rules are being made. The main location in Katy is much better.
Came today to mail our always packaged and labeled boxes and she refused to take it at 2:01. Apparently they close 2-3 but she helped the man in front of me.
