Came in 11/19 trying to ship the same item I’ve shipped numerous times. The person didn’t even try and find a box, didn’t want to do anything especially her job and just repeated she can’t ship it when I’ve sent it from this very same location with the same exact product. We’re a start up company with many shipments in the future and we will not be using fedex! Great way to lose customers is hiring employees that don’t want to work and can’t represent your company.
