So incredibly slow and understaffed. They are chatting with people when there is a line out the door. I understand being friendly but I don’t think the people in line need to hear your entire conversation about your upcoming travel plans when there are 8 people in line waiting at 3pm. Also why are having an entire photo shoot for a passport photo again understand this is a business and pivot when there is a line of people.

They made everything so easy — fast, friendly, and professional service from start to finish. I truly can’t say enough good things about them. If you need printing or any other FedEx Office services, I highly recommend coming here. Top-notch team and excellent customer service!
Just came in for a last minute print job. Super helpful staff that were eager to help. Printers worked and felt new.

Had a grandfather clock packed and shipped here it wasn't protected well enough arrived damaged so badly that I had to refund the buyer 50%. I dont know what is wrong with these pack and ship outfits, they just aren't worth a dam. My advice to anyone, pack it yourself I know from now on I will. They charged me alot for shipping 216$ , and for what to cheap out on internal protection.
