Wish that I could leave 7 stars, but it only allowed 5. Ali, the store manager, and his crew did a magnificent job on a photo of a railroad station. Ali took the measurements and printed the photo perfectly on a durable thick board that enabled me to use it as a backdrop for a train set to reflect the bygone era of passenger train service. This was a very unique project. It's great to work with folks who can take the lead. Thanks!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this location. They bombarded me with questions about my shipment and refused to ship my box due to a small wet stain, which seemed unreasonable. I explained the materials were for a job site, but they still wouldn’t allow it. Stephen, who I’d describe as the male version of a “Karen,” was overly strict, questioned everything, and even opened my boxes, invading my privacy. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a straightforward, hassle-free shipping experience.
Great experience at this Fedex. Stephen helped us pick out the correct size boxes and when my preprinted labels had errors, he happily reprinted them, overall excellent service. Would recommend this spot to anyone
