Fed ex is unreliable, garbage overall.
Huge thanks to the amazing customer service of Jacob & Uriel! I was frantic following a tradeshow trying to get all my packages sent. These two went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much! I'll be using your location everytime I'm in town for tradeshows for now on!
This sad and infuriating experience could have been avoided but unfortunately would have required staying away as far as humanly possible from this place. I did not do that and paid dearly on more than one way. Walked in and asked for copies. Nothing special, normal paper, normal color and I brought in the original. Asked for 75 photocopies of a simple paper, making emphasis on the simplicity of my request, here is a paper with some writing on it, please make 75 copies of it. Place is hard to find at first, due to being in the Hotel. The person at the desk this morning did a really good job though.
