Bad experience on a brand new store. Assistant manager needs extra training. His demeanor is below expectations for his title and again a brand new store. He couldn’t handle the shipment of a prepaid drop off shipping. Told me wrong information. I had to leave and come back to get help by low level employee that handle my shipping with no issues at all.
