I shipped an item at this FedEx. It has been 5 days and tracking says the package hasn’t left the office yet…
First time using FedEx to ship a package to the mainland. Three different people assisted me during my brief time at the store and all were very kind, attentive and helpful. Highly recommended and will definitely be back. Large store. Plenty of parking in free lot. Easy access and convenient location.
I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with FedEx on Waialae Ave recently, and I feel compelled to share it. After leaving some personal items in my hotel room, I was assisted by Kofi, who was extremely helpful in arranging for my belongings to be sent to a my accommodation in Los Angeles. Nice brand new office with a comfortable parking by the entrance. Greg was very helpful, it was quick and easy. He was polite and professional. I had a good experience. in the attached photo is an email to which you can send what you need to print
It took at least 2 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. This store just opened and their printer behind the counter is already not working. I was told to use the self service printer and when I asked for assistance, the man behind the counter said he wasn’t going to help me. Terrible customer service. Never going back.
