I have rarely encountered such rude and unhelpful stuff in Hawaii. Shame.
I like this location- everyone usually very helpful and kind. They will spiral bind large textbooks into multiple, smaller books. This makes it much easier to carry around.
I visited the fedex office on Wallace Ave in Honolulu around 4:30 pm on Aug 21st 2026. I was the only customer in the store when one of the older male employees was making inappropriate moaning noises while I was using the self-serve printer. While I don’t believe it was aimed at making me uncomfortable (as he was joking with his fellow female coworkers) it made me feel quite uncomfortable. I was mortified by his unprofessionalism.
