NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. SHE DON’T KNOW HOW TO SAY HELLO
I placed an order for a 3x5 Vynyl Banner for my Dad's Birthday for the next day. The original store delayed the order due to understandable reasons, however, when I called the store they were able to transfer the order to the second nearest store and have my order done on time. The print quality was PERFECT. Because of their amazing customer service I was able to decorate my Dad's grave with a beautiful banner of him. ❤️ Thanks Fed Ex! I will be returning!!
Super rude. I went in 15 minutes before they opened on accident. ( The gate was open ) Said hello, and all I hear from the back is a very annoyed women's saying we some open until 9 your need to step back out of the store. Honestly, would have waited if she had an ounce of customer service. A simple coming out, saying oh hey, I'm sorry we're not open until 9 would have had me browsing around the Walmart until then. Customer service just isn’t there. I went to the GEORGETOWN location and they printed all my documents for me with no hesitation and they were BACKED UP. I come to this location and there’s two employees not a single person in line and I was forced to print my own documents. Then when I printed the wrong size, they decided to print the documents for me. The guy behind the counter did his thing behind the counter and printed them for me but didn’t even Thank me or anything. He just said “There you go”.
