I have used this location for a couple day-of printing requests on marketing collateral. The quality, speed, and customer service were all excellent. I'm thankful for the diligence of the folks there.
Advanced technology but doesn't always work. Staff is 50/50 quality, Good, bad, and ugly. Typical downtown Milwaukee. Credit card minimum for for self service is $5. My machine didn't work this time but the staff helped me get it printed, but then didn't give me a receipt, just walked away.
People are rude and unprofessional
Terrible company. Denying legitimate claims to recipients for expensive packages never received because they did not deliver the package to the proper location. Claim process took two weeks, with literally zero updates except for an automated denial later via email. Terrible company. Will never do business with.
