Had quite a day chasing down a delivery and was pleasantly surprised when I got to this store at 5pm, was greeted immediately, and the girl at the desk knew exactly where my delivery was. She offered to load it on a cart for me (it was five heavy boxes) and helped me with the door as I took it out to my car. She saw me returning the cart and went out of her way to open the door so I could easily get back in the building. I needed a win today and she made that happen. Thank you!
I had a great experience with Helen who was a top customer service provider. She asked if I could do it myself or needed assistance. I am technically challenged and it was nice to have a clerk ask me if I needed help. And Helen was pleasant, respectful and courteous all through my visit. I needed to fax and to someone else this sounds easy. I did watch Helen and completed the second fax on my own.
