I waited for over 20 minutes, and no one ever showed up. Closing time came, and I lost the opportunity to send what I wanted to. This is completely disrespectful. On top of that, they charge you an extra $4 fee even if you’ve already prepared your shipping label. It’s a rip-off!
Jill was AMAZING ! I had so much to print and she was so patient and helpful ! I trully appreciate her assistance!!

I get that the workers are overworked but I expect some common courtesy that everyone deserves The lady at the desk saw my name on the receivers details of the order and didn't care to read it. Not only was that she couldn't read my name but said I quote "this mumbo jumbo must be you guys" That's clearly racist - no more words to describe it
