Closed early for no reason other than employee laziness.
The drop-off fee was $31 for a 19 lb box. Unbelievable. The postage itself was only $13. I would have appreciated a sign on the door with the drop-off fees so that I didn't 20 minutes for them to open only to get blind-sided by a crazy fee. I recommend walking 8 mins to the Convention Center FedEx.
Jerry and Isaac helped us today. They were very efficient, friendly and helpful. Found us the right box at the right price. Thanks!

PSA they do charge to use this location by weight. FedEx do better. As an FYI it's in the Hyatt Regency on the second floor on the right.
