I get that the workers are overworked but I expect some common courtesy that everyone deserves The lady at the desk saw my name on the receivers details of the order and didn't care to read it. Not only was that she couldn't read my name but said I quote "this mumbo jumbo must be you guys" That's clearly racist - no more words to describe it
