unbelievably rude!!
Not open. Even though it was well within business hours. There was a person in there but just not interested enough to open business on 11am on a Monday?
Charging drop off fee!!
Waited in line for 45 mins to get my roomie’s package which the front desk helper declined to give me even though i lived in the same address and I had ID. 1 star for this slow guy Edit: Went back in the evening. A nice guy was in the shift and helped me get my package. 5 star for this person
The manager Michael did not capture the number part of the address when I had it written down for him. I regrets not double checking the printed label in store. The most frustrating part is when I left to realized that number was missing, I called immediately hoping they can hold the package but was instead put on hold for 30 mins, only to tell me that it was too late, the package has gone out and there is nothing he can do. Such a nightmare experience.
