It's never too busy. The employees are pretty friendly and my print order is usually done ahead of time.
Kevin is the best!! He is so professional, patiently helps you and even stayed beyond the closing hours to accommodate an urgent mailing. He looks out for the best interest of the customers and proposes the right mailing method than suggesting the most expensive option. Will keep using this location as long as Kevin is there.
Consistently great experience at this location. I use the FedEx app and website for print orders and package holds, and it's always smooth from start to finish. The manager, Michael, is standout, efficient, knowledgeable, and clearly on top of operations. I've been coming here for the past two years and I've never had a bad experience.
Was inside the store waiting to pick up my package and then was asked to leave because they were closed.
