Charging $7 to drop off a package at this location is borderline theft. I understand that Vegas’s job is to extract as much money from tourists as possible. But FedEx charging for dropping off a pre-paid package is wrong. Go elsewhere for your shipping needs. Who knows how much this location is marking up shipment costs.
Extremely helpful and kind team. Shy was very patient and committed to helping me with my order, even though there were issues with the file on my end. A different worker even noticed that I had blisters on my heels and brought me a couple of bandaids unprompted. Amazing customer service!
Had some last minute business printing needs that another store had botched. Even amid a crazy busy conference, the staff was flexible, patient, and delivered new materials within a few hours. Thank ya’ll for being so helpful!
