I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this FedEx location. The service was marred by an individual named David, who was dismissive, arrogant, and downright rude. FedEx prides itself on customer service, but David’s attitude was completely contrary to that standard. Last minute need to print something. The printer doesn’t work. I had to walk over to convention center since they already charge me
The manager gave us an attitude when we inquired about shipping aerosols. We were told to go to the nearest FedEx depot (over 15 minutes away, and we didn’t have a car) and we were assured they would ship them for us. The FedEx depot wouldn’t ship our aerosols either. Thanks to the manager, Britney, for wasting our time and money on Uber rides👎
Amazing service at this location. Came in at 3:50pm on a Sunday and they closed at 4pm. Andrew was amazing and took his time to help me with the printer. Didn’t rush me at all even though I didn’t finish printing till 4:10pm.
