FED EX IS AN ILLUSION!!!!! They have lied 3 times in three months and said I wasn't home. Well today * took off work, had both gates open and checked in hourly with their BOT phone service. They returned everyone of my 60th bday presents! THEY ARE LIARS AND when I called Yankee candle all they could do is reorder and resend through FEDEX??!!!!
