It's called FedEx Office - and signs in the window tout they have Complete Office Supplies - BUT i guess offices nowdays don't use printer cartridges because FedExOffice on Herschel DOES NOT SELL PRINTER CARTRIDGES! SICK!
Hello. I visit FedEx with a piece for paper i want to reduce the copy size by 50%. I ask the staff to do this on the printer behind the counter....I m informed the copy is not possible without emailing the copy! I am disappointed. A simple task is beyond the Capcity of a minimum wage work with minimum training....left alone to manage the store. Corporate design is so limited! With system like this, I'm learning the ability of minimum wage society. All the clerk had to do was push the button that says "reduce", 50%. That was ... read more
Kevin was the best ever. I just came from the comp competition store and they said they could not resize my image but Kevin without hesitation in the friendliest way just like boom bada bing bam boom did it and no complaints. I love this store. I wish I lived closer.
