Fast and easy, friendly service
Kevin and everyone i’ve interacted with at the shop have been so nice helpful when printing. Printing is new for me since last year and they have always tried to make it easy for me by suggesting ways to print, type of paper to choose, and deals to save money. I have had a wonderful experience with them and I’ll definitely be back.
They wanted to charge me $26 for a box! A shipping box
I have never experienced a fedex store refusing a package that was pre-labeled and sealed. The employee, in front of the manger refused to take my package due to an old label on the box which I notified him was non applicable to the current contents and could be covered up. What should have been an easy task turned into a complete waste of time. This store provides abysmal customer service. I have to wonder why it is open if they refuse to help customers and take packages in.
Seriously the nastiest employees I have ever dealt with. I’m not sure who’s training them but you need to do a better job because this is just pathetic. The employee started aggressively shaking my package when I dropped it off to end up asking what was inside. Had I had something fragile inside he would’ve broken it. Awful customer service I will never be coming back. Will only go to UPS where they are actually helpful and kind.
