The guy at the desk is pretty cool but keep explaining to me about their policy on hold and pick up the address needs to match the ID address, that’s a very wired policy.
Fast and easy, friendly service
Kevin and everyone i’ve interacted with at the shop have been so nice helpful when printing. Printing is new for me since last year and they have always tried to make it easy for me by suggesting ways to print, type of paper to choose, and deals to save money. I have had a wonderful experience with them and I’ll definitely be back.
They wanted to charge me $26 for a box! A shipping box
I have never experienced a fedex store refusing a package that was pre-labeled and sealed. The employee, in front of the manger refused to take my package due to an old label on the box which I notified him was non applicable to the current contents and could be covered up. What should have been an easy task turned into a complete waste of time. This store provides abysmal customer service. I have to wonder why it is open if they refuse to help customers and take packages in.
