Shoutout to Josh for helping me with my son's school project. My son - who has anxiety - was nervous about asking for a large order, but Josh was able to help calm him down and make 100 copies of his mock business cards. We actually live a little ways away from this location, but in case we need to do copying projects in the future, we will make the trek to this location and ask for Josh.
Business account. Pay extra for priority overnight delivery to location in San Francisco. Go out of your way to deliver it to a FedEx office (this particular one). Drop off was at noon and envelope it sat there till 6pm!! Envelope was supposed to have been delivered before 10.30am this morning and it's currently at their facility in Memphis TN!! They charge you crazy money and give you crap unreliable service.
Self service QR code device still not working after 2 months. I was asked on 2 different occasions by the same employee what was in my package, I go to this location over 200 times and was never asked this question except by this employee. If this is your policy all employees should ask the same question not just one.
