I went here on 2026 Jan 27 to overnight my mother's X-rays to a doctor in LA. They graciously took my $60, and three days later, that package still hasn't arrived in LA. I tried calling on the 30th to find out what happened, but nobody answers the phone. There was an ice storm that hit TN last weekend, but nobody mentioned any delivery problems when I handed over my money, and I didn't think a package from Las Vegas to LA would need to transfer in TN. Horrible, Horrible. I sent some documents to my brother in Hawaii. I paid for Overnight Priority Delivery. It was processed on the 17th of January to be delivered on the 19th. The documents went to Memphis then to Oakland and to date it has not moved from Oakland this is the second day. No one knows where the Documents are. Contacted Customer Service they are completing useless and you can barely understand what they are saying. I bought wheels from the Walmart website, but I decided to return them. Walmart sent me to FedEx. At FedEx, they told me that I must have two barcodes because I bought two wheels, even though I was sent only one return barcode since the wheels were delivered as one package, not two. At FedEx, a very rude Black woman refused to accept the return because I had only one barcode. The service was very bad and the customer service was terrible. I had to pay an additional $30 for the return. It feels like a complete scam everywhere... read more
