ROLANDO is the BEST!!! Unfortunately there was miscommunication between my fiancé and I about what time Fedex closes on Saturdays, and Rolando stayed TWENTY MINUTES past his WEEKEND shift, just to hand me our order. When I got to the Fedex front door, Ronaldo gave me zero attitude and instead greeted me with a smile. For context, this Fedex closes on Saturdays at 6:00pm (NOT 8 lol). This by FAR is my least favorite FedEx office in San Diego. I dread having to ship from here and will usually drive out of my way to use another office. Starting to think we need to switch couriers anyway.
Cole went above and beyond to help me, very kind! Not used to service like this.
