Please change your staff! She said lunch break starts at 1:45pm, at 1:25 the gate is closed. To open at 3:15 this is not nice and she says all that with so much disdain
This Fedex is the worst! I went twice to pick up a package, the first time I went at 2:48 pm, it was closed with a sign that said: return at 3:15, I searched on google and on the Fedex website and it says that the hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (no lunch hour) I thought they had something important to do and that's why it was closed. I went back the next day (today), but this is at 1:48 pm. The sign was there again, I asked a Walmart employee, and she told me that the employee was probably on lunch. I will NEVER use FEDEX again! I was charged $94.63 and was promised that my daughter would have received the cake by 8pm on Christmas eve. She did not receive it until the day after Christmas. No credit and the Indian CSR hang up on me .
Print and go with your phone was so easy and smooth. The employee was very friendly and helpful as well
They should update their break hour.
