I had such a great experience here! Cole was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. Cole was patient with my questions, quick to help, and made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to find a team that goes above and beyond like this, but he absolutely did.

Horrible customer service. No interest in helping beyond the bare minimum. Not a smile anywhere. I will drive out of my way to find another FedEx location. PS. I rarely write reviews, and never poor ones.
Aloha!!! Just want to say that this location is great. I used to go to another one but I moved. Emma and Tuanna were exstreamly paitent with me . I took a l9ng time and was frazzled. Their line grew however both ladies handled it gracefully. Bravo. Thanks for helping me out. Big time. I had no idea what I was doing. Thanks again!!! Mahalo
