Angel at the FedEx Office inside the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess was incredibly helpful. I called regarding an early package delivery issue, and Angel took the time to look into the shipment, confirm the delivery details, and clearly explain how the packages would be stored until the guest arrives. He was patient, professional, and made the process much easier during a time-sensitive situation. Really appreciate the excellent customer service.
Wrong store hours
Terrie is an excellent professional. She continues to take great care of all customers and packages with efficiency. I highly recommend Terrie at the FedEx office printed ship center in North Scottsdale as she goes above and beyond.

Terrie at this location FedEx was an absolute blessing during one of the most difficult times for our family. She took such great care resizing old photos and laminating memorial cards for a funeral, handling everything with patience, compassion, and incredible attention to detail.
