NOT an actual FedEx shipping location! There are fees for both pickup and delivery, please note for business travelers and conferences. The customer prior to me was charged $91 to pick up a package the location was already holding, and they attempted to charge a fee on a prepaid return—do not ship or return from this location.
This office charges for you to pick up and amazon order by the pound the entire order was 28 lbs I payed $45 to pick up 1 case of water and snacks fed ex is the worst organization. Be warned!
Absolutely horrible to deal with as a hotel guest receiving packages. Not only do they charge a min. of $7 to allow you to pick up packages shipped to the hotel, they loose packages all the time and lie about it. They gas-lit me and told me my UPS package had not been received. Made up some story about the UPS driver taking packages to the Venetian. I called UPS & opened a case. I love thee young ladies who were assisting w/er'thang. Very nice, and explicated every detail for my shipping needs. The only thing this place needs issa automatic door system bc I was hauling a lot of boxes. And having to manually open the doors are the worst. Other than that, a good convenient location inside of Resort World
