The bot that answers calls is completely useless, a waste of time. Cant get answer to simple question. You lost my business with that exercise in frustration. It doesnt understand my question but cant put me thru to a person.

Matthew, Larry and Kiana are a pleasure to work with. I send a lot of print requests their way and they are always helpful, communicative and kind when I often call in a panic. They also always give me a call to know my order is ready. Fedex, give 'em a raise! Good people and hard workers
