No customer service what so ever, 4 times they came to my house to say they could not deliver, then we watch the guy not get out of the truck

The bot that answers calls is completely useless, a waste of time. Cant get answer to simple question. You lost my business with that exercise in frustration. It doesnt understand my question but cant put me thru to a person.
