We didn’t have our account number handy. Alexandrea refused to look up our business account number and said no one there knew how. She offered us no solutions. We will be moving our company’s business elsewhere.
We were in AZ for a few weeks and requested our daughter back home in PA to send out our mail which included some important paperwork. She mailed it to this Fed Ex facility on Scottsdale Road. USPS tracking indicated it was received at this facility. Upon multiple visits to Fed Ex it was told to us that the envelope was delivered but did not have a name on it “so the boss was going to return it to the local USPS branch”.
