Horrendous customer service. Not one person greeted us or helped us. We were just trying to print one document and fed ex makes it IMPOSSIBLE. Both their printing kiosks weren’t letting us print. After trying for 10 minutes we went to the computers. TOTAL SCAM. It shouldn’t be impossible to print ONE document. So we paid for the minimum amount of time to print, but the time we got pass all the securities you have to go through and finally to our document, “there wasn’t enough funds to print the document”. A little slow
We live right across the street. We’ve been in here three times all three times we’ve dealt with a different employee and each time the employees seem like they either hate their job, Hate management or hate the customers that are in there. The employees are beyond rude and speak down to customers. Either way the people that work here or this entire branch is in some major need of customer service training.
