We live right across the street. We’ve been in here three times all three times we’ve dealt with a different employee and each time the employees seem like they either hate their job, Hate management or hate the customers that are in there. The employees are beyond rude and speak down to customers. Either way the people that work here or this entire branch is in some major need of customer service training.

Had a great experience today thanks to Jeressa. I always have high anxiety when I come here to use the printer/scanner. Not today, thanks to this wonderful and patient employee. It wasn't a smooth process on my phone transferring data but she gave me alternative emails to make the process happen. Zero frustration on my part and I owe that to her.

I visited this location for an urgent order of name tags, stickers, and flyers. Unfortunately, the self-service printers had significant alignment issues with the stickers, and several machines produced ink bleeds that ruined the final product. The team did not process my flyer orders in a timely fashion. I had to visit the store in person to move along the project. Ended up printing everything at the nearby Staples instead. They gave me a refund for the sticker print job but not the $13 worth of Avery stickers.
