I attemptd to call and see if this FedEx could scan my email to print my return label to ship my package back. On the phone for 15 min, I was unable to reach anyone to ask- only digital voice questions asking me what they can help with. I needed customer support and they had none. I went ahead and walked to this location and found out that this FedEx location can not currently do digital services (whatever that is) I needed, by printing off my label and shipping my package. Ellie was amazing to work with! She was super helpful and worked through our order as soon as she saw it come through. We will definitely be using this fedex again. Thank you Ellie!

EMPLOYEE THEFT! Avoid this location. Dropped a package off at this location and they asked if they could open and put in a different box. I said sure and they proceeded to go through my products looking at them and put in a box. Watched them tape it and put label on. The box showed up 2 days late and had been re-taped and a relabel on it with half my products GONE. I have contacted FedEx of the theft and filing a police report at this location. Sad a hard working single mom has product stolen that she worked hard for.

This location is sucks. The chargers unnecessary fees without letting customer know. The staff is not cooperative and they are very rude.
