I used to drop off packages here a couple of years ago with no issues. Came in today 2026 with a package that had a label already on the small box and paid for but they informed me saying that there is a $10 Hotel charge for dropping off a small box. Will not be back

CDL driver if you deliver 3770 s las vegas or any delivery 3770 it only 4 dock on the back to get there frank Sinatra not at park ave turn right second stop make left follow the road you you see dock check in at ramp be careful went park you have to park blind side . remember s las vegas no truck allow you can try at you own risk good luck

Regardless if your shipping label is paid for or not. They will charge a “handling fee” per-lbs for every item shipped. The staff is kind and does in fact disclose this at the counter but there is no signage that breaks down the rates they charge so the fees may come as a surprise.
