Keep in mind that FedEx is located in a hotel and the rates are much higher, and if you go with the Label ready to just drop off the package, they still charge you an extra fee per package for simply staying at a hotel. The person who helped me told me that if I didn't want to pay the extra then I should go to a traditional office, so in the search engine they should indicate that this is NOT a traditional FedEx office and rather it is only for people staying in hotels. It is such a huge deal to not have to search for packages while arriving at a conference/tradeshow. I didn’t have to search for anything. This FedEx location had everything and hand delivered them all. Melissa was perfect with service, print needs, and just being awesome. Maggie was amazing help as well. I truly enjoyed these people and their service. Thank you again.
We had a very good service with Melissa. She was very helpful and patient with us. Great experience just for a quick shipment.
