I had a very frustrating experience at the FedEx location inside the Renaissance Hotel. I first walked from the self-parking lot to the FedEx office to get a cart, only to be told that no carts were available. I then had to walk all the way back to the parking lot with assistance from a valet employee to get a cart and bring my package inside. Worst ground delivery don't us! For an important package by ground they say now it will take 11 days!
Top notch! Make sure to ask for Jason. He was awesome. Great service.
Keep in mind that FedEx is located in a hotel and the rates are much higher, and if you go with the Label ready to just drop off the package, they still charge you an extra fee per package for simply staying at a hotel. The person who helped me told me that if I didn't want to pay the extra then I should go to a traditional office, so in the search engine they should indicate that this is NOT a traditional FedEx office and rather it is only for people staying in hotels.
