Great customer service just keep in mind this is not a traditional FedEx. There are handling fees on top of shipments as well as outgoing packages because they are inside of the hotel.
I had a very frustrating experience at the FedEx location inside the Renaissance Hotel. I first walked from the self-parking lot to the FedEx office to get a cart, only to be told that no carts were available. I then had to walk all the way back to the parking lot with assistance from a valet employee to get a cart and bring my package inside. After spending about 30 minutes trying to figure out where to go and how to move my 50 pound package, I was then informed there would be additional charges for shipping the package bec... read more
Worst ground delivery don't us! For an important package by ground they say now it will take 11 days!
